All About Us
Since 2020, The Venue at Willow and Oak has been the setting of some of the most beautiful celebrations in Kansas. Our unique venue offers everything needed to create your perfect event. We have manicured woods on the Little Walnut River, stunning views for photos, a natural grassland hilltop for capturing the sunset, pond, and a large barn (300 capacity) with a beautiful bridal suite. And all of this on paved roads in Butler County, plus an easy drive 30 minutes from Wichita.
Services
The Venue at Willow and Oak rental includes chairs and tables set up for both ceremony and reception, draping and string lighting in the barn and outside, wooden tables to use, gift wagon, choice of arbor, use of caterer prep kitchen, bridal suite with private bathroom, and groom’s dressing room.
Event Hosting
Booking your wedding at Willow and Oak will provide you full access to our hidden gem in the Kansas Flinthills where you can have a memorable ceremony in the forest sanctuary, reception in the cozy barn, or on the 1600 sq ft veranda ~ or celebrate under the stars and our twinkle lights. A site manager will be available to help your coordinating team create a stress-free day for you to enjoy. The bridal suite with private bathroom is accessible all day, as well as the groom’s quarters. You will have access to the venue for your coordinator, family, or planning team to walk through, along with a scheduled timefor rehearsal the week of your wedding.
